Miranda Frigon is not only recognized for her successful film and television career but she’s also an amazing singer-songwriter to boot. You can catch her on shows such as Dexter, Ugly Betty, The New Adventures of Old Christine and Sci Fi’s Sanctuary, but be sure to try and make it out to one of her music shows, because it’s definitely something to see. She was recently chosen to sing the National Anthem at the Entertainment Industry’s Revlon Run for the Cure for cancer at the L.A. Memorial Coliseum. Gracing the stage with Christina Applegate, Miley Cyrus and Carrie Ann Inaba, Miranda sang the anthem to an audience of 60,000 cancer survivors and supporters and kicked off the run with her original songs. Go figure, a Canadian singing the American National anthem. We interviewed Miranda recently to get the low down on what she’s about.
